Vendor Location:

All vendor displays are located on the South Point Concourse, centrally located to all three show arenas, with “booths” facing a center courtyard.

Booth Space is assigned “first come, first served” with returning vendors receiving priority.
Booths are 10′ x 10′ and come with a full length rear curtain, and two side curtain. Additional booth space may be purchased if you require a larger area.

Move-in: Aug 4, 1pm
Move-out: Aug 8 by 10am

Setup begins Tuesday!*
You are encouraged to have all of your supplies moved into location by Tuesday evening as carts will be restricted when foot traffic is present from Wednesday on.

RULES & REGULATIONS: Please be sure to read these PRIOR to arrival as they are strictly enforced!

*If you require forklift services, please coordinate with South Point Equestrian Center.
Forklifts will not be available after Tuesday evening (while horses and spectators are on the premises)

BREEDERS/CRIADORES:

2018 marks the beginning of the Breeder’s Pavilion, with special rates just for you!

This is a great opportunity for breeders to showcase their stallions, breeding program, and sales horses.

Breeders submitting paperwork and deposit prior to Aug 1 will receive a $100 discount on booth space.
